The longest snake in the world. Mainland animals are not dwarf locales. Adults commonly reach 12–18 feet; large females can go past 20. This is not a starter snake and it is not a ball python with extra pattern.

Wild type means normal coloration — the classic gold, black, and cream net. No designer morph. Captive-bred mainland stock is what we expect to offer; we do not plan dwarf or locality projects on this listing.

Care overview

Hatchlings start on frozen/thawed rodents and step up as they grow. Adults need a serious food budget (large rats, then rabbits). Secure, escape-proof enclosure with a hide, a water bowl big enough to soak, and a warm side in the mid-80s to low 90s. They outgrow tubs and 4-foot tanks. Plan the adult setup before you buy the baby.

Handle with a hook as they size up. They can be calm. They can also be fast and strong. This species is for keepers who already have space, money, and a plan — not an impulse add-on.
